Terms and Conditions for Package Purchases
- Expiration: All packages purchased from Wolf Pack Sports Therapy expire one year from the date of purchase.
- Non-Transferable: Packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.
- Non-Refundable: All package purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Appointment Booking: Sessions included in the package must be booked in advance and are subject to therapist availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling of booked sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being deducted from your package.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Memberships cannot be canceled during the first month. After the first month, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Do unused services expire?
No, unused services do not expire and will roll over to the next month.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
If you no-show to a scheduled appointment, one session will be redeemed from your membership and cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
How does the monthly billing work?
Your membership renews monthly on the date of your initial sign-up. The payment will be automatically charged to your account each month.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
No, memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the member.

You can book your massage and air compression therapy sessions by contacting us directly or booking online. Appointments are subject to availability.
