Wolf Pack Sports Therapy Membership Policy

Welcome to Wolf Pack Sports Therapy! We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to help you recover, heal, and enhance your performance. To ensure clarity and protect both our valued members and our business, the following membership policies apply to all members of Wolf Pack Sports Therapy. By signing up for a membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Membership Commitment

  • First-Month Commitment: All new memberships require a mandatory first-month commitment. Memberships cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred during this initial 30-day period.
  • Non-Cancelable: Once you sign up, you are agreeing to stay committed to the membership for the first month without an option to cancel.

2. Membership Fees & Payment

  • Membership Fee: The membership fee is $150 per month for the Gold Membership. Fees are non-refundable and must be paid on the first of each month or the signup date.
  • Automatic Payment: All members must authorize Wolf Pack Sports Therapy to automatically charge their debit or credit card for the monthly membership fee. Payment will occur at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Fees are non-refundable even if services are not fully utilized during the billing month.

3. Membership Cancellation Policy

  • First Month: No cancellations are allowed during the first month of membership. Members are required to complete at least the first 30 days.
  • After First Month: After the first month, cancellations require a 30-day written notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or in person at Wolf Pack Sports Therapy.
  • Cancellation Effective Date: Your membership will remain active and continue to bill for 30 days after the cancellation notice is received and confirmed. You can still use the services during this period.

4. Auto-Renewal of Membership

  • Auto-Renewal: Memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled with proper notice after the first month. You will continue to be billed until proper cancellation is requested.

5. Membership Freeze or Pause

  • Freeze Policy: You may request a temporary freeze or pause of your membership due to medical reasons or travel. However, freezes are not allowed during the first month. A $25 freeze fee may apply for each month the membership is paused.
  • Freeze Duration: Memberships can be paused for a maximum of 3 months in a 12-month period. During the freeze period, no services can be used.

6. Membership Benefits

  • Session Expiration: Membership benefits, such as massages, roll over at the end of the month and do not expire.
  • Non-Transferable: Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with or used by anyone other than the member who signed up.

7. Member Conduct

  • Behavior: Wolf Pack Sports Therapy reserves the right to terminate any membership immediately in cases of inappropriate behavior, misuse of services, or failure to follow facility rules. No refund will be issued in such cases.
  • Respect for Staff: Members are expected to treat all staff with respect and comply with their professional instructions during sessions.

8. Liability Waiver

  • Waiver of Liability: By signing up for a membership, you agree to release Wolf Pack Sports Therapy and its employees from any liability related to injury or dissatisfaction with services provided. You agree that the use of our services is at your own risk and that Wolf Pack Sports Therapy is not responsible for any injury or harm resulting from the use of its services.

9. Payment Delinquency

  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, you will be notified and given 7 days to update your payment information. If the payment issue is not resolved within this timeframe, your membership may be suspended or terminated. During suspension, you will not be able to use the services until payment is made.

10. Termination of Membership by Wolf Pack Sports Therapy

  • Termination Rights: Wolf Pack Sports Therapy reserves the right to terminate memberships for non-payment, abuse of services, inappropriate behavior, or other violations of our policies. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the membership will be terminated immediately.

11. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: This membership policy is governed by the laws of the state in which Wolf Pack Sports Therapy operates. All disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be settled in accordance with state law.
